Every day we have an average of 70,000 thoughts. And every day, we repeat roughly 90% of those thoughts in our mind. Therefore, if you were consistently thinking negative thoughts about yourself or focusing on fears and worries and that is the reality you’re creating and the results you will achieve in your life each day. If you want to create a new reality and you want to make changes in your life then you have to rewrite your program; you half to replace all of the thoughts that keep running through your head with positive thoughts and memories that help you practice being who you want to be and build confidence in your ability to become that person. Also, it is key for you to begin to become familiar with the emotions of success and happiness and fulfillment.
