The sun shined brightly on this Historic Langtree Plantation wedding day. Ashley and Manny's wedding at this beautiful Lake Norman venue was oh so very special. The girls enjoyed a quiet morning being prepped and pampered in the upstairs of the main house situated on the lovely Langtree Plantation property. After spending some quality man-time it was time to suit up in their finest attire and venture over to the venue where guests began arriving via a darling little trolley. Ashley's dress was absolutely stunning and after slipping in, she shared in a quiet moment with her father as he had the opportunity to see his baby girl all dolled up into a beautiful bride-to-be. A few hugs and a fair amount of tears, it was time for Ashley to venture over to the gardens where her future husband awaited. Manny stood patiently waiting for her arrival. A light tap on the shoulder and a twist to reveal his stunning love. One awesome benefit of having a first-look is the ability to have ample time to capture a seemingly endless stream of family and bridal party photos. Meanwhile, good friends old and new were gathering in the barn to settle in for the lovely ceremony. Manny's reaction as he took in the wonder of his bride flowing down the aisle was such a special moment. After sharing in their first married kiss, the couple gathered out on the lawn to be blessed with an amazing sunset. God really made it easy on us to capture exquisite images of these darling couple. As the sun laid itself to rest, guests were getting up on their feet to party the night away on the dance floor. The always talented band, Sol Fusion, rocked it out all evening.
