Alice Slater has been an activist since the 60s. She is currently an adivsor with the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation and is on on the Coordinating Committee of World Beyond War. In addition, Alice was one of the founding mothers of the Abolition 2000 Global Network to Eliminate Nuclear Weapons.
