As a former Green Beret, I had to be proficient in the application of a combat handgun while deployed operationally throughout the world. Here, I talk over an important combat handgun fundamental “Driving the Gun”. I have seen and employed many different applications to enhance my speed and accuracy while driving the gun. In this video, I talk over how I have taken different styles of “Driving the Gun” and developed a form that has worked for me. In my teachings, the proper employment of this form must be developed along with hand and eye processing speed. Understand how I have taken forms and teachings from martial arts and athletic sports to enhance my balance, power, footwork and reactive speeds.
