PYTHON COWBOY’S RANCH: Iguana + Python + Python Liver ADDRESS: Indiantown, Florida, USA SOCIAL: @pythoncowboy IGUANA: Cut the Iguana legs and tail. Remove the eggs and de-skin legs and tail. Marinate the iguana in a mixture of Szechuan sauce and pineapple juice then stir-fry. PYTHON: Season water with sunflower oil, everglades seasoning and salt and bring to a boil. Add python and let it boil for 20-30 minutes. Remove the snake from boiling water and add more Everglades seasoning. Add salt and pepper. Rub with Robert Rothschild roasted pineapple and habanero glaze and allow it to marinate. Grill until cooked. PYTHON LIVER: In a frying pan, add sunflower oil, white onion and let simmer until onion is browned. Clean python liver and cut into a butterfly.
