We'll then send you a verification email that takes us to your first sign in. To pay the engineers you deposit fund in our secure network. Funds are held in escrow until you spend it or will be refunded to your account if you need a refund. Once you're approved, you can start posting jobs. These can be part-time, long-term and temporary. Pretty much any location in the world. Once you have posted the job and its requirements, engineers will start to bid on the work opportunity. You review all the engineers who have applied. Then you can allocate the work to the right engineers for your requirements.
