I first found Santa Monica FIAT because I drive by it on my way to work almost every day. I'd asked a friend what she recommended. And she said, I have a friend at Santa Monica FIAT. His name is Jason. You should go down there. Samantha and Jason -- they were just so nice. And they were really efficient every time we came. Everyone is so friendly. So casual. The dealership as a whole encompasses that Santa Monica vibe. I called them up. I said, I want to come and buy an electric car. They said, come on down. They were super helpful with the needs that I had. They really helped me pick out the best car for me. Picked out the color. But then I wanted a different interior, and they had to move like eight cars around to get my car out. We looked at so many different dealerships around here. At one of the dealerships, they were trying to upsell us all these unnecessary features. I drove every other car out there. I drove 14 different cars, and I just kept coming back to this one. When I got here, I really felt like small dealership, small family. Really taken care of here at FIAT. My wife and I, we worked with Lauren who was fantastic. She listened to what our needs were. And she didn't try to upsell us or put any pressure on us. Samantha would give us a hug and a kiss when we'd come here. It was a Friday afternoon. A friend drove me down here, and I sat down with Jason. I looked at the cars. And then within an hour and a half, I drove off the lot in a new car. They were really helpful. Two hours later, I drove out in my brand new car. I love it. It's new. It's fun. It's really fun to drive. But mostly I like that car because it's fast. It's so fast that flames shoot out of it. People are always stopping me at stoplights or in parking lots to ask me about my car. And I like driving the small cars. So for me, it was just like a no-brainer. I've actually bought and sold many, many cars. And this was by far the best experience I've ever had. The day after I bought the car, I was on Yelp to put my review up."
