MYLES WALTER KEOGH was born in Leighlinbridge, [ Pronounced : LOUGHLINBRIDGE ] in County Carlow, IRELAND, and as a young Man, went to AMERICA, and fought in the Civil War, on the UNION side. After the War, he joined General Custer's ill-fated 7th Cavalry, and died, along with almost 400 Comrades, and 40 Native Americans, at the Battle Of The Little Big Horn, 143 years ago, on June 25th/26th. The only Cavalry survivor was Keogh's horse, Commanche, Our Song tells a tale of tragedy, for all involved, and is intended to convey a sense of History, and the futility of violence in all circumstances.
