The Brothers Grimm collected these traditional stories and this story collection was published 200 years ago this year - 2012. This story, The Twelve Huntsmen, is one I have selected to tell as part of a European Storytelling event where you are given two stories and self select two stories. This is one of the stories I have selected. It is tale number 67. Donald McNeill is the musician/composer accompanying me with his improvised music. Donald and I perform stories and music at festivals and other venues.
