During the first month, it said the review will be done "usually within a week or so". Then, they changed it to "within a month or so" (exact quotes). So, I still cannot monetize at this time. Be aware of this when you decide to make a Channel. I'm out of at least 5,000$ worth of views. Thanks again Everyone!
