Helping to turn an entire neighborhood for the better, the NMTC program and the effect it can have is on display in Remington, a northern Baltimore neighborhood. Encouraging investment and supporting one project to help stabilize a neighborhood, NMTC was utilized to rejuvenate Miller’s Court, an unused and derelict building into a center for nonprofits such as Wide Angle Youth Media.
