Delivery truck driver Joe Holmes (Brian Austin Green) makes his rounds in West Palm Beach dropping off parcels for a shipping company as cover for his side hustle: distributing drugs for T. Parker (Clifton Powell) and his nephew Marcus (Haas Manning). An out-of-control drug user himself, Joe promises 12-year-old son Caleb (Landon Gimenez) he’ll straighten up and become a more responsible dad, but it’s an uphill battle.
