Derek Kitchen Talks About the new Volunteers of America Homeless Youth Resource Center

#SLC is working on identifying locations for two new smaller homeless resource centers. We have been asking the public to give us feedback on what criteria they think is important for both the population experiencing homelessness as well as surrounding neighborhoods. Council Member Derek Kitchen lives right behind the new VOA Youth Resource Center and knows first-hand how these facilities can integrate into local communities.
