The Town Hall Education Arts Recreation Campus (THEARC) is a critical community resource that provides District of Columbia residents in Wards 7 and 8 with access to high-quality healthcare, education, the arts, and recreational resources. Pepco and its parent company, Exelon, are proud to support THEARC in the recent unveiling of their expansion which includes a black box theater, suites for Children’s National, and four new resident partner groups like AppleTree Institute, Bishop Walker School for Boys, the David Lynch Foundation, and the Phillips Collection.
