It can sometimes feel like buyers have their finger on the buzzer when a home comes on the market. Some properties barely spend a few days with a 'for sale' sign up before a new buyer snaps it up. Similar looking properties may take months. The reason for this is different buyers have different criteria they require, and small differences can mean that one home ticks the boxes where another doesn't.
