NOTE: On the Oracle VM VirtualBox version 6.0.4, the use of Snapshot is the same! To get Snapshot on Oracle VM VirtualBox: Step 1: If you did not install VirtualBox in Windows 10 before, please refer to the video below. ➦ www.youtube.com/watch?v=QU_dUhO3X_4 Step 2: After installing VirtualBox, for example, you installed a Windows 10 operating system on a new virtual machine. If you want to back up this virtual machine, you must use the VirtualBox Snapshot feature. Step 3: Open VirtualBox and select the virtual machine you want to back up. Then click Machine / Take Snapshot from the menu. Step 4: Write a name and description for the virtual machine backup. Then click OK to continue. Step 5: Wait for the virtual machine to receive a Snapshot. This may take some time, depending on the performance of your computer. Step 6: After you made a backup of the Windows 10 VM, you can undo any changes you made on the system with a click. Step 7: Select the Snapshot you just received and click on the Restore button.
