海南雞飯是一道雞肉配香飯的菜餚,據說起源於中國海南島的文昌市,海南人會以文昌當地的白切雞做法,同時配以雞油和浸雞水烹煮的米飯。在20世紀初期,隨着移民潮,這個菜式傳至東南亞等地,後來在被新加坡發揚光。kevin老師是新加坡人,當年就是靠這一味道地的海南雞飯,贏得claire的芳心喔!
