Fyodar Klimchuk is 82 years old. He is known as a leading specialist in the history and dialects of Palesse. He is a Belarusian linguist, dialectologist and historian, author of over 200 papers in the field of dialectology, linguogeography, lexicography, Slavic philology, folklore.
