Lakeshore Drive is a Chicago story that deals with marginalized citizens and abuse of power. During a routine rideshare experience, the driver discovers his passenger is a transgender acquaintance from high school who is escaping the dark world of prostitution. When her pimp – a crooked cop – demands to know her whereabouts, the driver is forced to choose between her life or his own.
