Angela Copson turned 71 in April, but is fitter, faster and more active than most people half her age. Known as Angie, she took up running aged 59 to raise money for heart research after her husband, Harry, required life-saving surgery. One decade on, Angela is now a British, European and World Champion cross-country runner. This documentary will tell her story, showcase her inspiring athleticism and highlight AXA-funded research by Dr Peter Joshi to explain why an active and healthy lifestyle is so important to longevity.
