FTM Top Surgery has given me freedom from Dysphoria. At five years post-op, I am as grateful now as I was the day I woke up from my top surgery. Chest Dysphoria is crippling for most FTM guys, and it goes deeper than just being about uncomfortable with your body. Chest dysphoria is disabling in the sense that you cannot access spaces or interact with people because of the distress you chest causes. For most, top surgery is a release from prison.
