Judge Naidu Strikes Again With Fake Cease & Desist

submitted by naidurevealed on 12/20/18 1

Once again Judge Naidu resorts to bullying and scare tactics by sending me a Cease and Desist notice from what would seem a bogus entity to try and shut me down for calling him out. Folks I am learning that Huge Naidu has been carrying out his scam tactics in ways that I could not have believed possible. Judge Naidu’s legal advice has in fact caused people to lose their homes and life's earnings. FYI: See below the email that I received from the Fake Judge Naidu Document Control Number: EC/ap/aust/20112018 Dear Mr. Andrew Plimmer: You are hereby issued a cease and desist warning to remove the smear campaign you have begun on Youtube. We demand that you post an apology as a Youtube presentation for all the reckless defamatory, libelous and slanderous remarks you made about Judge Naidu without checking the facts, proof and evidence for accuracy. In the event you do not accede to our request within seven days, starting today, we will commence legal proceedings against you and your estate in Australia for defamation, libel and slander. We are already in conference with some top Australian solicitors who handle defamation, libel and slander matters. We will make sure that you cannot prevail in court because all we need to evidence in court is the Judge's credentials as issued by various countries including Aotearoa. And you will have to prove that the Judge is a scammer. We await your response, and please remember, the seven days expires on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 8.30 a.m. Hong Kong time. Regards, Peter Tan & Associates Advocates & Solicitors for SECAMTEKTEK TRIBE.
