The Australian Premiere of Star Trek Into Darkness took place on 23 April 2013 at Event Cinemas on George St, Sydney. In attendance were director JJ Abrams, Chris Pine (Captain Kirk), Zachary Quinto (Spock) and Karl Urban (McCoy). Star Trek Into Darkness opens in Australia on May 9, 2013.
