Restaurant Impossible and Robert Irvine Inspire 'The Capt'n and the Cowboy'

(Port Charlotte)- Beverage Underground goes on-location to meet Nick Scaringella and Tamar LiCalzi who will invite America to see how a visit from Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine has given them new hope for their Port Charlotte, Florida Restaurant. Their Restaurant 'The Cap'n and the Cowboy' is featured on the Wednesday September 28, 2011 episode of the popular Food Network 'Reality Show' Restaurant Impossible. Nick Scaringella is the owner and chef The Capt'n and the Cowboy' who bought the neighborhood restaurant where he first started as a dishwasher over 17 years ago, and together with his girlfriend Tamar LiCalzi have been working hard yet falling behind. Nick was like a son to former owners Rob & Bill Rebol and was the manager when they retired and sold to Nick. We meet this hard-working couple who are breathing new life since their server Misty Royar Griffith reached out for this once popular independent restaurant to be considered for the restaurant 'make-over' show. Restaurant Impossible challenges Irvine Restaurant Impossible stars Robert Irvine the British Chef who began cooking for the Royal Navy of England after enlisting at age 15. He was host of the Food Network's long running series Dinner Impossible which ran 8 seasons, and also Worst Cooks in America. Prior to his television career, Irvine was the former Executive Chef for Donald Trump's Taj Mahal Casino Resort as well as Caesar's Atlantic City. Restaurant Impossible debuted in January 2011 and Irvine is given a $10,000 budget for each of his weekly make-over's. The show airs Wednesdays at 10 PM.
