In this experiment we tested steel grids in the TU Delft wind tunnel. In a building in The Hague, an architectural roof crown caused strong whistling sounds under certain wind directions. This was extremely annoying residents in and around the building. Jeroen Ploemen (MSc) investigated this phenomena for his master's thesis research at TU Delft, Civil Engineering Read more here: Ploemen, J.; Nijs, L.; Pleysier, J. & Schipper, H.
