Robert Hamilton, Black Sea Fellow, FPRI; Professor, Department of National Security and Strategy, U.S. Army War College presenting "The Post-Soviet Conflicts" The dissolution of the Soviet Union was accompanied by the emergence of several ethnic conflicts across its territory.
