Robert Portman spoke on the topic of "A New Perspective on White House Congressional Relations on Trade Policy" at the Eighth Annual Former US Trade Representative Seminar held at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, February 13, 2008. Other USTRs at the event were Carla Hills, William Brock, Clayton Yeutter, Charlene Barshefsky, and Mickey Kantor. Current USTR Ambassador Susan Schwab presented the luncheon address at the event.
