Consumers are often presented with a range of financial products and services, but clear information and financial literacy are essential for them to make choices that will improve their financial health. This panel will discuss what financial service providers can do to bring more people into the system and empower them to make informed decisions. Questions will include: What's the current state of financial literacy in the U.S. and what is needed to expand it? How can we enhance disclosures to help consumers to make more informed decisions? What needs to change and how do we create an environment supportive of financial health?
