The United Nations estimates that up to $11 trillion of additional investment will be required to close the housing gap, presenting an unprecedented challenge and opportunity for civic leaders and builders to meet global demand. How can pre-fab and other innovative construction methods reduce the cost of housing while expanding supply? What policy or financial mechanisms are needed to ensure affordability and adequate supply?
