April 30, 2018 - The energy system changes slowly, but it does change based on opportunity, scarcity, and a myriad of social and economic drivers. In recent decades, we have seen the electric power system respond to resource availability and cost, power market deregulation, environmental issues, and technological advances. Panelists will discuss some of the drivers of change for the electric power system, and how the overall production and transmission of power is evolving. A discussion followed the presentation.
