April 30, 2011 - New NAS member Douglas W. Burbank of University of California, Santa Barbara presents his work to NAS membership. A field geologist with a focus on tectonic geomorphology, he qualifies landscapes, geologic structures, and the sedimentary record in order to reconstruct the growth and decay of mountain belts.
