The speaker is Dr. Peter Bajcsy, NCAST Research partner at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA), at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). Dr. Bajcsy discusses how a growing number of obsolete, near-obsolete, upgraded, and brand new file formats can be kept current through the use of tools developed by his team.
