Jonathan D. Sarna tells the full story of Lincoln’s extraordinary relationship with Jews for the first time. Lincoln’s lifetime coincided with the emergence of Jews on the national scene in the United States. He befriended Jews, promoted Jewish equality, appointed numerous Jews to public office, and had Jewish advisors and supporters. Joining Dr. Sarna will journalist and author Steven V. Roberts.
