Money has been an integral part of American politics since the beginning of our nation, but today’s full-time campaign staffs and Super PACs are far from what the Founding Fathers saw in their day. Congress has attempted to reform campaign finance, yet more dollars are making their way into our political process than ever before. The panel also will discuss the First Amendment Right to free speech and how, in light of these issues, it has been recently interpreted.
