9th Annual Women in Leadership Forum: From the Computer Age to the Digital Age

submitted by Marvin's Underground Evening Lectures on 10/11/18 1

Megan Smith, United States Chief Technology Officer, moderates a panel discussion on the brilliant women working in the computer technology sciences, from trailblazers like Grace Hopper, Katherine Jonson, and the ENIAC programmers, to today’s women in leadership roles who are shaping the computer age. Our panel will explore the women who made history and the changes that have taken place for women in terms of opportunities, expectations, responsibilities, and challenges. Panelists will also discuss their own personal journeys and the advice they would offer to young women entering the field.
