In 2010, while he was historian at the esteemed CIA Museum, author Nicholas Reynolds began to uncover clues suggesting that novelist Ernest Hemingway was deeply involved in mid-twentieth-century spy-craft. In Writer, Sailor, Soldier, Spy Reynolds reveals for the first time, the whole story of this hidden side of Hemingway’s life that reads like an espionage thriller.
