The discussion, cosponsored by the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, includes topics ranging from governmental transparency to the security implications of nuclear weaponries in Iran. Winners of the Belfer Center/Foreign Policy contest, "Lessons from the Cuban Missile Crisis," are announced.
