The Honorable Eric Cantor, Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, joined Trey Grayson for a public address, with opening remarks from David Ellwood, Dean of the Harvard Kennedy School. Cantor discussed possible policy prescriptions for empowering America's youth through educational opportunities.
