His Excellency Macky Sall, President of The Republic of Sénégal, delivered the opening speech of the Harvard African Development Conference at the John F. Kennedy Jr. Forum. In his address, President Macky Sall offered an integrative approach to democracy and international-- especially regional-- cooperation. He offered anecdotes to elaborate how the Senegalese democracy has matured and developed over the last several decades. March 8, 2013
