Panelists Graham T. Allison, Director of the Belfer Center, Kay Hagan, former Senator from North Carolina, Gary Samore, Executive Director for Research at the Belfer Center, and William H. Tobey, Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center joined moderator Nick Burns, Kennedy School Professor of the Practice of Diplomacy and International Politics, for a panel discussion on the current Iranian nuclear talks. The panelists discussed the role of both the President and of Congress in these discussions, and whether the most likely outcome would be favorable or unfavorable to the United States.
