Suzanne Lummis reads her poem "In Which Lummis Makes Several Attempts to Scale the Castle and Apprehend the Cathedral."The poetry reading was part of Dark Blushing, a poetry evening inspired by the exhibition "Luminous Paper: British Watercolors and Drawings" at the J. Paul Getty Museum. Lummis's poem is after Thomas Girtin's watercolor "Durham Cathedral and Castle," painted about 1800. Hosted by Mindy Nettifee and Amber Tamblyn of the Write Now Poetry Society, curators of the event. Recorded at the Getty Center on September 10, 2011.
