Flying Blind: What are the security risks of resuming U.S. Commercial Air Service to Cuba?

The purpose of this hearing is to evaluate the potential risks to national, homeland and passenger security related to the resumption of commercial air service to Cuba, understand the process by which the TSA, CBP and DHS certify these last points of departure airports, the timeline under which this process will occur and how aviation security and other security concerns informed the Cuba policy development.
