At this hearing Members will hear from key officials within the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD) at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on NPPD’s cyber mission, authorities and operations. This hearing offers an opportunity for Committee Members to learn how programs are currently functioning and discuss the intersection of these authorities as well as DHS’s other work in the cybersecurity mission space which is critical to the oversight and legislative duties of this Committee.
