Patrons of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped in the Library of Congress speak about the benefits of downloading free braille and talking books, magazines and music materials through the NLS Braille and Audio Reading Download and BARD Mobile. BARD and BARD Mobile provide digital libraries to people who are blind, have a visual impairment or have a physical disability that prevents them from using regular print materials.
