In this debate we ask whether this and the issues it has thrust to the forefront of national politics is a positive development. Proposition (2:22) Patrick O'Flynn is currently an MEP and UKIP's economic spokesman. In 2014 he was appointed as the Director of Communications for UKIP. (37:40) Peter Bone is the Conservative MP for Wellingborough. He is on the right wiing of the Tory party, supporting both socially and fiscally conservative positions and policies.
