2 June 2015. Magna Carta Through the Ages, public lecture series. 'Henry III and Magna Carta 1225'. Lecture by David Carpenter, Professor of Medieval History (King's College London). This lecture was part of a six-lecture series and 10-week exhibition, 'Magna Carta Through the Ages', celebrating the 800th Anniversary of the Sealing of Magna Carta. It was made possible through the generous support of the Heritage Lottery Fund, Bank of American Merrill Lynch, The Headley Trust, the Ruddock Foundation for the Arts and the Magna Carta 800th Anniversary Committee. This lecture was sponsored and hosted by the Society of Antiquaries of London in its apartments at Burlington House, Piccadilly, London.
