Paul of McGill University in Canada for a discussion of the non-use of nuclear weapons since the dropping of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Paul analyzes the dangers (including possible use of nuclear weapons) posed by the India-Pakistan conflict. He focuses on the deep seated causes of the rivalry and possible routes to stabilization.
