In celebration of Albanian National Day, the World Digital Library at the Library of Congress, the Embassy of Albania and the Albanian National Archives announce the acquisition and high-resolution digitization of the two Codices Beratinus, extremely rare 6th- and 9th-Century illuminated manuscripts on the UNESCO Memory of the World Register.
