HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF UNCONDITIONALLY [and remove the mask you've been hiding behind]

In this video, we're going to be peeling back a different layer... the layer of whats blocking you from your own self love AND.. to be clear. Im using makeup here as a METAPHOR. My actual stance, is that its up to the individual person whether they want to wear makeup or not. Look deeper with this message. The makeup is a metaphor. Im asking us to consider, ALL the places where we hide out. Where we pretend. Where we cover up our truth... In this makeup tutorial, we're going to be washing away the stuff that we've been hiding behind, to connect back into, what is actually underneath. So today Im going in with some deep inner work. To apply deep inner work, what it takes, is courage. And depending on what you are removing, you might need quite a bit. So the first thing that you're going to be removing today, is that desperate need to be liked. That one that says that other people's opinions of you are more important than anything else. So just go right ahead and wipe off that need for approval. Next we're going to peel back any feelings of self doubt. That background noise that tells you you're not good enough, that you have to be someone that you're not, its time for that to go. next we're going to remove everywhere where you've been hiding due to fear. You'll find it in all the places that you've been heavily over compensating. Being over nice so that people like you. Giving too much so that people rely on you. Not voicing your truth so that people arent upset with you, because fundamentally you're afraid that you arent enough. Now we're going in with some self love to all the areas that you feel you have to improve yourself to be ok with yourself. Take that self love to all that places that you're trying to get a better version of you because who you are now, you're not ok with. Look, the point of all this.. get ok with you. choose YOUR truth. Own ALL of who you are. Because you ARE magnificent. You are incredible, as you are now!
