The Under Armour Speedform Amps are definitely solid training shoes and can be used for casual running also but I would not recommend them for dynamic, explosive training. I'm not sure if they will make the list for Best Training Shoes 2017 but we'll see. The SpeedForm Amp Training Shoes have a cool design, they are pretty darn comfortable and they are also lightweight coming in at 9.2 ounces. The charged cushioning is also a big plus, which we talked about in the Under Armour Charged Bandit 2 review. Lastly, they are a little on the expensive side.
